Places To Submit Articles
Journalism Portfolio / writing samples?
I am a student looking for internships in journalism. Of course, most places I'm looking to apply need to submit in writing samples for consideration. I have not been officially published anywhere, but I have a small number of articles written for various classes that I feel would be good enough to submit a sample of my work. Now this may seem like a silly question, but how do I submit? Obviously they want it to be transmitted electronically, but I do not really know how to format and drop items, as currently they are implemented in the format of a school, rather than a Article legitimate. Is that the same matter? They look to see how I write, but I do not want to look stupid and make some bad thing in a format entirely to people who write professionally. Thank you!
I think it depends on what you want them to see. If his writing stringent, so just make sure its written in short paragraphs / sentances, subbed properly and perhaps include a preface little about Type of publication of your article is aimed at? If you want to see the design element of your talent too, so maybe fix the pages as a good article. Hope that helps:)
